On behalf of the Participants of the International Conference “From the Interfaith and Inter-Civilizational Cooperation to Human Solidarity” held in Vienna, statemen, religious and scientific figures, representing nearly 30 countries and more than 20 international organizations we have the honor to express our deep gratitude for your supporting this event at the highest level.
In the modern world, passing through widely spread processes of globalization and integration, at the time, when the human civilization is threatened by terrorism, separatism, religious radicalism, Islamophobia, Christianophobia and anti-Semitism, there is a moral need for a model to the multiculturalism and tolerance, as well as to the inter-Civilizational cooperation offered by the Republic of Azerbaijan. Support of this global initiative by the Republic of Austria, one of the leading European states, deserves high appreciation. The course of the International Conference on “From the Interfaith and Inter-Civilizational Cooperation to Human Solidarity” proves once again that such important high-profile events aiming promotion of the humanistic ideas and multicultural lifestyle in the modern world, are extremely demanded and necessary.
The distinguished participants of the conference, religious leaders and heads of international organizations highly appreciate the exceptional role of the Austrian Azerbaijani States, who attach particular importance to the interreligious and inter-Civilizational dialogue, as well as to the traditions of multiculturalism and tolerance. We are convinced that the universal solidarity which is ultimate goal of the Conference will contribute to improve the inter-Civilizational dialogue, to promote the values of mutual understanding and friendship.
